Local businesses across Greater Philadelphia, of just about every kind. We know the trades especially well, but the work is the same either way: get found by the people nearby who need you, win the job when they call, and keep enough of what you charge to make it worth doing.
Trades and contractors
Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, masonry, waterproofing, restoration, landscaping, painting and remodeling. Much of the housing around here went up before 1960 and a good deal of it before 1930, which keeps this work steady and makes it far more seasonal than a flat, year-round marketing plan accounts for.
Storefronts, practices and firms
Restaurants, shops and salons, medical and dental practices, and professional firms. A storefront on a walkable main street and a practice competing across a whole county are won differently: one on the map and its reviews, the other on a website somebody reads properly before they ever pick up the phone.
