Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Opportunity Business Marketing LLC (“OBM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects when you use tryobm.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

• Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or book a free call, we collect your name and phone number, plus your email and anything you tell us about your business, if you choose to share them.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics and cookies to understand how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location. We use Google Analytics for this, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure when a visit from one of our ads leads to a form submission or a phone call. If we run ads on Meta, we may also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.

We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children, and we don’t ask for sensitive information through this site.

We don’t collect payment information through this site. Client billing is handled directly with us through our payment processor, and OBM never stores full card numbers.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry, prepare for your free call, and follow up with you.
• To understand how the site is used and to improve it.
• If applicable, to measure and improve our advertising.

We don’t sell your personal information.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the site:

• Email delivery. Form submissions are delivered to us through Resend, which processes the information you submit so that we receive it.
• Analytics and advertising. Google Analytics and Google Ads (and the Meta Pixel if we run ads on Meta) help us measure how the site is used and how our advertising performs. When you submit a form, the phone number and email you provide may be shared with Google in a hashed, privacy-protected form to improve conversion measurement (Google calls this enhanced conversions); Google cannot read the original values from the hash. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
• Call tracking. Phone numbers shown on this site may be tracking numbers from CallRail that forward to our main line, and CallRail records calls made to them, along with the number you called from and the page or ad that led to the call.

Client advertising accounts

If you are a client, we manage your Google Ads account on your behalf. To do that, we use an internal tool that connects to your account. It reads reporting (spend, leads, cost per lead) and makes the routine changes we manage for you: budget and bid adjustments, negative keywords, and pausing what isn’t producing work. Only the OBM team members working on your account can use it. Data pulled through the tool is used for one thing: managing the account it came from. We don’t share, sell, or hand it to third parties, and we keep it only as long as we manage your account.

This tool uses the Google Ads API under OBM’s own Google Cloud project. Data pulled from a client’s account is used only to manage and report on that client’s advertising, is never used to train models or shared with other parties, and is deleted within 30 days of the client unlinking their account from our manager account.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, and for advertising if we run it. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may behave differently without them. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install Google's opt-out browser add-on.

When you arrive from one of our ads or a tagged link, we keep the ad click ID, the campaign tags, the first page you landed on, and the site that sent you in a first-party cookie for 90 days, and include them with any form you submit so we know which ad or search brought you to us.

Data retention

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records, then delete them when they’re no longer needed. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider’s settings.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us, or ask how it’s handled. Contact us using the details below and we’ll respond.
