These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tryobm.com, operated by Opportunity Business Marketing LLC (“OBM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Services

OBM provides marketing and business-strategy services for local businesses. This site describes those services and lets you contact us or request a free call. The free call is a conversation about your business; anything we discuss is general guidance based on the information you provide, not a guarantee of results, and not financial, legal, or tax advice.

Payments, refunds, and cancellation

We do not sell, bill, or take payments through this website. There is no checkout, no payment form, and no card information is collected or stored here. Clients receive a written scope with the full price before any work begins, and payment is arranged directly with us. All charges are in U.S. dollars.

Monthly plans run month to month with no long-term contract. Recurring payments are charged during the first week of each month for that month’s work. To cancel, let us know by email or phone at least 14 days before the first of the month. Your plan then ends on the last day of the current month, and you are not charged again. A notice we receive later than that takes effect at the end of the following month.

Monthly fees cover the work performed during that month. Monthly fees and project deposits are not refundable once work has started. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first and we will make it right. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platforms under their terms.

Anything set up in your name stays yours. Once a website project is paid in full, the site, domain, and content are yours. Your ad accounts, their history, and their data stay yours.

Use of the site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, disrupt its operation, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways. Information you submit through our forms should be accurate and yours to share.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, design, graphics, and the OBM name and logo, is owned by OBM or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our written permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate or information will be accurate or applicable to your situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
