OBM offers free strategy calls and business audits at no cost and with no obligation. These are provided for informational purposes and do not create a client relationship or guarantee specific results. Information shared during these sessions is subject to our Privacy Policy.
4. User Responsibilities
When using the Site, you agree to:

OBM does not guarantee specific revenue increases, lead volumes, or return on ad spend unless explicitly stated in a signed service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to OBM in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Termination
